Tags and favourites
Group testimonials with tags, mark favourites and pin the best ones to the top of every widget, then filter so each widget shows the right quotes.

Tags, favourites and pins help you decide which testimonials appear where.
Add tags
Open a testimonial and type in the Tags box. Press Enter or a comma to add a tag, and Backspace to remove the last one. A testimonial can have up to ten tags. Good tags are a feature ("onboarding"), a plan ("pro") or a kind of customer ("agency").
To tag many at once, select several testimonials and use Tag in the bar that appears. You can add an existing tag, create a new one, or remove a tag.
Filter by tag
In the inbox, use the Tag filter to see testimonials with a given tag, along with how many there are.
Show only certain tags in a widget
In the widget editor, Only show tags limits a widget to testimonials with the tags you choose. Leave it empty to show everything. This is how you build one page for agencies and another for founders. See Choose a widget layout.
Favourites
Click the star on a row, or press s, to mark a favourite. In a widget, Favourites first puts them at the top.
Pin to top
Pinning is stronger than favouriting. Pin to top of widgets in a testimonial's drawer, or in its menu, shows it first in every widget. A Pinned badge marks it in the inbox. Pinning changes the order in widgets only, and the inbox list stays newest first.
