Is the free plan really free?
Yes, with no time limit and no card. It holds 15 testimonials, 1 Space and 1 widget, and shows "Powered by HappySaid".
What happens at 15 testimonials on Free?
New testimonials are kept, marked as held, and appear when you upgrade. None are lost or deleted, and your widgets keep showing what you've approved.
Do you limit widget views?
No. There are no view limits on any plan.
What happens if I downgrade or stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Live widgets keep working. Extra Spaces and widgets become read-only until you upgrade or delete some.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly plans cost 10 months' price for 12 months.
Who handles tax and invoices?
Polar, our payment provider, is the merchant of record. It adds VAT or sales tax where required and emails your invoices.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time. In Billing, open the billing portal and cancel. Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Is there a lifetime deal?
Not now.
