Plans and limits

HappySaid has three plans. Current prices are on the pricing page.

What each plan includes

Limits apply across your whole account. For example, the 15 testimonials on Free are the total across all your statuses, except those that are held.

How the testimonial limit works

Pending, approved and archived testimonials all count. Testimonials that are held as Over limit don't. When you reach the limit on Free:

• New testimonials are held, and your customer still sees the normal thank-you page.
• Your approved testimonials stay visible on your site.

No view caps

Widgets and proof pages aren't limited by how many people look at them.

See your usage

Open Billing from the account menu to see your plan and how much of each limit you have used.

When you reach another limit

If you try to create another Space or widget on a plan that doesn't allow it, you'll see a prompt that explains the limit and links to the plans.
