Approve and archive

The inbox is where you decide which testimonials show on your wall. Only approved testimonials appear in widgets and on your proof page.

The tabs

• Pending: new testimonials waiting for you. This is the default tab.
• Approved: shown in your widgets and on your proof page.
• Archived: hidden, but kept.
• Over limit: testimonials held because you're over your plan's limit. This tab only appears when something is held. See Held testimonials over the limit.

Approve or archive one

Click Approve to show a testimonial, or Archive to hide it. A toast says "Approved" or "Archived", with an Undo button for five seconds. Use the row's menu to edit, pin, move it back to pending or delete it.

Approve many at once

Tick the checkboxes beside testimonials, or hold Shift and click to select a range. A bar appears with Approve, Archive, Move to pending, Tag and Delete. Approving twenty testimonials is one action, and it can be undone.

Search and filter

Use the search box, or filter by source, rating, tag or favourites. The tab and filters are kept in the address, so you can reload or share the view.

Delete

Delete removes a testimonial for good, after a confirmation. If you only want it out of sight, archive it instead.

Download a copy

Click Export in the inbox header to download your testimonials as CSV or JSON. You can pick one status or all of them. CSV opens in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets.
