Keyboard shortcuts
Work through your testimonial inbox without the mouse. Every keyboard shortcut for moving between rows, approving, archiving and editing, plus a fast routine.

You can work through a long inbox quickly with the keyboard. Shortcuts are turned off while you're typing in a field.
Shortcuts

k | Focus the previous row |
a | Approve the focused row, or all selected rows |
e | Archive the focused row, or all selected rows |
x | Select or unselect the focused row |
s | Mark the focused row as a favourite, or remove it |
Enter | Open the focused row in the editor |
Esc | Close the editor, or clear the selection |
/ | Go to the search box |
? | Show the list of shortcuts |
Ctrl+Enter or Cmd+Enter | Save changes in the editor |
A fast routine
- Open the Pending tab.
- Press
jto move down the list and read each testimonial. - Press
ato approve it, oreto archive it. - If you make a mistake, click Undo in the toast within five seconds.
Focus
The focused row has a visible outline and scrolls into view as you move. When you approve or archive, focus moves to the row that takes its place.
Selecting many
Press x on several rows, then a to approve all of them at once. You can also Shift+click two checkboxes to select everything between them.
