Product Hunt and G2 quotes

Quotes from Product Hunt, G2 and Google can help a new visitor trust you. HappySaid lets you add them with a clear label for where they came from.

Add a quote from a link

1. Open your Space, then the Import tab, then From a link.
2. Paste the comment's or review's address into Post URL.
3. Paste the words into Text.
4. Enter the author's name and any other details.
5. Click Import.

HappySaid shows what it recognised, for example "G2 review" or "Product Hunt post". Product Hunt, G2 and Google (Maps and business profile) links are supported.

Add a quote manually

You can also use Add a testimonial manually and choose Product Hunt, G2 or Google as the Source. This is useful when you don't have a link.

Why the label matters

Imported quotes carry their source, so a reader can see where they came from and go and check. That makes the wall more credible and keeps you honest.

Check the rules and ask the author

Platforms have rules about reusing their content. Read them, and ask the author before you show their words next to their name. For wording, see how to ask for a testimonial.

Review markup

Quotes from other platforms show on your widgets and your proof page, but they're not included in the review markup (structured data). Google doesn't treat republished reviews as eligible. Quotes collected through your own collection link are the ones that are. See Review schema explained.
