The Analytics tab in your Space shows how your widgets and your collection link are doing.
Choose a range
Pick 7, 30 or 90 days. The default is 30.
What you see
- Widget views: the total across your widgets.
- Badge clicks: how many times visitors clicked your Rating badge.
- Form conversion: the share of collection page visits that ended in a testimonial.
- A chart of views per day. It shows all widgets together, or one widget if you select it in the table.
- A widgets table with each widget's name, type, views, clicks and click rate.
- A collection link table with visits, submissions and conversion.
What counts as a view
A widget view counts once per page load, the first time the widget is at least half visible. A click on the "Powered by HappySaid" link isn't a badge click. A submission counts when a testimonial is created.
Empty states
- With no widgets, you'll see "Create a widget to start counting views".
- With widgets but no views, you'll see "No views yet. Views appear within a few minutes after your widget loads on a live page."
About the numbers
Counts are approximate. Ad blockers can hide some views, and known bots are excluded. HappySaid doesn't use cookies to count anything, and it doesn't build a profile of visitors.
