Embed on Dorik

Dorik lets you add custom HTML to a page. That is all the widget needs.

Steps

1. In HappySaid, open Widgets, choose your widget, click Get code and copy the code from the HTML tab.
2. In the Dorik editor, open the page you want to change.
3. Add a custom code or HTML element where you want the widget to appear. The name of the element depends on your Dorik version, so look for an option that accepts HTML or embed code.
4. Paste the code into the element.
5. Save and Publish.

Preview

Custom code may not run in the editor canvas. Use Preview or open the published page to see your widget.

Layout tips

• Put the element in a full-width section for a Wall of Love.
• Use a Single quote or a Rating badge for narrow columns.
• If part of the widget is cut off, increase the height of the section or element.

Other builders

The same approach works in most builders that offer a custom HTML or embed element. If yours doesn't allow scripts, use the iframe, which needs only an iframe or a link.

Updates

Changes you save in HappySaid show on your site in about a minute. You don't need to publish Dorik again.
