Delete your account

Deleting your account removes your Spaces, testimonials, widgets and uploaded files for good. There is a 7 day grace period first.

Before you delete

Open Privacy and data and request an export first, if you want a copy. After the account is deleted we cannot get it back.

Delete your account

1. Open Account settings from the account menu.
2. In the Danger zone, choose Delete account.
3. Type your email address to confirm, then choose Delete my account.

The buttons stay disabled while we process the request. If something fails (for example, we could not reach our billing provider), nothing is changed and the page says so. Try again.

What happens next

• For 7 days your collection links, proof pages and widgets keep working. You can sign in, export your data and use everything as usual.
• A red banner on every page says when the account will be deleted, with a Keep my account button. We also email you the same link.
• If you pay for a plan, your subscription is set to cancel as soon as you ask, so you are not charged again. It ends when your account is deleted, and we do not refund the rest of the billing period.
• After 7 days we delete the account, every Space, testimonial, widget and uploaded file. We email you when it is done. Copies in backups expire within 30 days for daily backups and 12 months for monthly ones, and are never restored without deleting them again.
• Anyone who had asked to remove a testimonial from your Spaces gets a note that it was removed.
• You can sign up again later with the same email, as a new account.

Change your mind

Choose Keep my account on the banner or in Account settings at any time during the 7 days. The deletion is cancelled and your subscription resumes if we had paused it. You will see "Your account is safe. Deletion cancelled."

If you subscribe again during the grace period, the account is still deleted on the date shown, and the subscription ends then.
